Reflexology at Home in Horsham
I've been bringing reflexology treatments to people's homes across Horsham and West Sussex since I qualified. It's one of the best decisions I've made in my career. There's something special about meeting clients in their own space, where they're already comfortable. No commute for you, no sitting in a waiting room, no need to drive somewhere feeling relaxed only to navigate traffic home. You just slip off your shoes on your own sofa, and I do the rest.
I work right across the Horsham area, including Broadbridge Heath, Southwater, Warnham, Rusper, and Mannings Heath. Whether you're in the town centre or tucked away in one of the surrounding villages, I'll travel to you. It makes reflexology feel accessible, which is the whole point. What I Offer
I keep things straightforward. Three main sessions to choose from depending on what suits you:
Full Session (60 minutes, £45): This is my standard treatment. Plenty of time to find and work on the areas that need attention, and long enough that you really feel the shift by the end. Most people book this if they're dealing with stress, sleep issues, or just want a proper hour of calm.
Express Session (30 minutes, £30): For when you haven't got a full hour but still want something meaningful. It's enough to take the edge off tension, and it's a great entry point if you're trying reflexology for the first time.
Couples Session (60 minutes, £80): Two people, one session, both getting treated at the same time. It's lovely if you want to share the experience with a partner or a friend. You can chat, or just be quiet together. Whatever feels right.
I also offer bundle pricing if you want to commit to a course of treatments. Three sessions for £120, or five for £190. A lot of people find that they respond better to reflexology when they have a bit of consistency, and the bundles save you money.

When you're in your own home, you're already relaxed before we even start. You know where everything is, the temperature's how you like it, and you're wearing something comfortable. After the session, you don't have to get up, get dressed, and navigate traffic home. You can just stay on the sofa with a cup of tea. That calm feeling lasts so much longer when you don't have to go anywhere.
I also find that people open up more at home. They're on their own turf, so there's less of that slightly awkward "sitting in a waiting room" feeling. You can light a candle, put some music on, whatever helps you settle. It makes a genuine difference to how effective the treatment is.
