Reflexology at Home in Horsham
Horsham has plenty going on for a historic market town, and plenty of traffic to go with it. Everything I do fits into three sessions, so the choice is a simple one:
Full Session (60 minutes, £45): The one most people book. A whole hour gives me time to work both feet thoroughly and to spend longer wherever it seems needed. Clients often tell me they sleep particularly well the night after a full session.
Express Session (30 minutes, £30): A shorter visit for days when an hour won't fit. It suits anyone curious about reflexology who'd rather start small, and it slots neatly between school runs or around working from home.
Couples Session (60 minutes, £80): Two treatments in one visit, one after the other, with a full 60 minutes each. Book it with a partner or a friend. One of you can put the kettle on while the other takes their turn.
If you'd like to make reflexology a regular habit, a course brings the cost down. Three sessions come to £120, saving you £15, and five come to £190, saving £35. Plenty of my regulars find the relaxation builds when appointments happen at a steady rhythm, and booking a course means the next one is already sorted.

When you're in your own home, you're already relaxed before we even start. You know where everything is, the temperature's how you like it, and you're wearing something comfortable. After the session, you don't have to get up, get dressed, and navigate traffic home. You can just stay on the sofa with a cup of tea. That calm feeling lasts so much longer when you don't have to go anywhere.
I also find that people open up more at home. They're on their own turf, so there's less of that slightly awkward "sitting in a waiting room" feeling. You can light a candle, put some music on, whatever helps you settle. It makes a genuine difference to how effective the treatment is.

North Horsham, Roffey and Mowbray
The north side of town is growing fast. Mowbray, the new village north of the A264, is bringing around 2,750 homes along with new schools and shops, and Roffey and Littlehaven already have plenty of families who don't have a spare hour to drive anywhere. I cover all of it, with travel included. If you've just moved into a new home at Mowbray, a relaxing hour on your own sofa is a nice way to finally sit down in it.
