Reflexology at Home in Bolney
Bolney sits just west of the A23, near where it crosses the A272, and most of the village runs along The Street, with Top Street and Cherry Lane at the northern end. At the southern end is St Mary Magdalene's Church, which partly dates from the 12th century.
In medieval times the village was noted for its cherry fair. On the far side of the A23 is Crossways, and further out are some lovely small villages. I come to homes across all of them with everything I need.
What I Offer
I keep it simple. I bring everything to your door: my reclining chair, couch roll, towels and blankets. You choose the session.
Full Reflexology (60 minutes, £45): A proper hour on the feet, taken slowly. It's the one I'd suggest if you simply want to switch off.
Express Reflexology (30 minutes, £30): Half an hour, a good low-commitment way to find out whether you like it.
Couples Reflexology (£80, 60 minutes each): I see two of you back to back during one visit, so one of you can put the kettle on while the other has their turn.
Courses bring the price down: three sessions for £120 or five for £190. And if you're buying for someone else, gift vouchers start from £30. Full details are on the services page.
Small Villages, Quiet Lanes
Around Bolney, the villages are small and spread out. Twineham has its church and school and not much else, Hickstead is best known for the showjumping, and Warninglid has the Half Moon at its crossroads on the B2115. Sayers Common, to the south, has been partly bypassed by the newer A23. Lovely places to live, but not places with a reflexologist round the corner. A home visit fixes that. I come to you, and when we've finished you can stay put and switch off.
What Reflexology Is (and Isn't)
Reflexology is a gentle, hands-on way to relax. Lots of people book simply to switch off and unwind. It's a complementary therapy rather than a medical one: it doesn't treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and if something is worrying you, your GP is the right first port of call. I'm fully qualified with a Diploma in Reflexology, a member of the Association of Reflexologists, fully insured and DBS checked. If you'd like to know what happens on the day, I've written about your first session.
