Reflexology at Home in Rusper and Colgate
Rusper and Colgate are two of the prettiest villages north-east of Horsham, and they couldn't be much more different from a town centre. Rusper has its High Street with the village shop and post office, the primary school and St Mary Magdalene's, the Grade I listed church with its medieval tower. Colgate sits on Forest Road at the northern edge of St Leonard's Forest, with St Saviour's Church and Colgate Primary School.
Between the two, the A264 runs past Faygate and the newer homes at Kilnwood Vale. Wherever you are, the idea is the same: I come to you, set up in your living room, and you get an hour of reflexology without leaving the house.
What I Offer
There are three sessions to choose from, and I bring the reclining chair, couch roll, towels and blankets with me, so all you need is a corner of the living room.
Full Reflexology (60 minutes, £45): A proper hour on the feet, taken slowly. It's the one I'd suggest if you simply want to switch off.
Express Reflexology (30 minutes, £30): A shorter visit that suits a first try, or a day when an hour isn't there to be found.
Couples Reflexology (£80, 60 minutes each): Two of you, one after the other, on the same visit. Partners book it, and so do friends and family.
If you'd like to make it a regular thing, a Course of 3 is £120 and a Course of 5 is £190. Gift vouchers start from £30. Everything is laid out on the services page.
Lanes and Forest
If you live out this way you'll know the lanes. The road from Rusper to Ifield through Lambs Green is lovely in daylight and less fun on a dark winter evening. A home visit means you don't drive anywhere before or after. Once we've finished you can stay on the sofa, pull a blanket over your knees and let the quiet settle. For a lot of people that's the best part.
What Reflexology Is (and Isn't)
Reflexology is a gentle, hands-on way to relax. Lots of people book simply to switch off and unwind. It's a complementary therapy rather than a medical one: it doesn't treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and if something is worrying you, your GP is the right first port of call. I'm fully qualified with a Diploma in Reflexology, a member of the Association of Reflexologists, fully insured and DBS checked. If you'd like to know what happens on the day, I've written about your first session.

Questions People Ask
Do you visit Kilnwood Vale as well as the older villages? Yes. Kilnwood Vale, Faygate, Colgate, Rusper and Lambs Green are all on my list.
Is there enough room in a cottage? Almost always. I need a corner of the living room, enough space for my reclining chair and for me to sit at your feet. Low beams are no problem.
Can I try a short session first? Of course. The Express session is 30 minutes for £30, and it's a sensible way to see whether reflexology is for you before booking a full hour.
Do I need to get anything ready? Not really. I bring the chair, couch roll, towels and blankets. A warm room and somewhere to park is all I need, and pets are welcome to stay.
Is reflexology suitable during pregnancy? I don't offer reflexology in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. After that, just mention it when you book and we can talk it through.
