Reflexology at Home in Broadbridge Heath

Every session starts with a short chat about how you're feeling, then I work through the reflex points on your feet at whatever pressure suits you. There are three options:
Express Session (30 minutes, £30): Half an hour of focused work. Handy when you've got a small window, say while the children are at Shelley Primary, or if you'd like to try reflexology before committing to an hour.
Full Session (60 minutes, £45): My main treatment and the one I'd suggest for most people. Enough time to work over both feet properly and slow right down. Most people tell me they sleep well that night.
Couples Session (60 minutes each, £80): Two full treatments back to back in one visit. Good for partners, or a parent and grown-up child who both fancy an hour off.
Regular sessions tend to work best, so courses bring the price down: three for £120 (saving £15) or five for £190 (saving £35). All the details are on my services and prices page.

I can come in the evening once the house has settled, or during the day while you're working from home.
