Reflexology at Home in Rudgwick
Rudgwick sits right on the line where West Sussex ends and Surrey begins, which has one awkward side effect: the village is a long way from most therapy rooms. The clinics gather in the bigger towns, and everyone out here is expected to drive to them. My answer is to make the journey myself. This is walking country, too. The Downs Link runs right past the village, and a fair few of the people I see spend their weekends out on it. There's no long list of treatments to puzzle over. I offer three sessions, and between them they cover most situations:
Full Session (60 minutes, £45): The one I'd suggest for most people. A whole hour gives me time to work both feet properly and to stay longer wherever your feet seem to need it. If you're run down or sleeping badly, start here.
Express Session (30 minutes, £30): Half an hour, for days when a full session won't fit, or if you'd rather try reflexology before committing to longer. Shorter, but still a real treatment rather than a taster.
Couples Session (60 minutes, £80): One visit, two treatments. I see each of you for a full hour, back to back, so nobody has to leave the house. Partners book this, and so do friends and family who fancy a quiet afternoon in.
If you'd like to make reflexology a regular habit rather than a one-off, a course brings the price down. Three sessions cost £120, saving you £15, and five cost £190, saving £35. There's no fixed schedule attached; some people book fortnightly, others monthly, and we find a rhythm that suits.

Why Mobile Reflexology Makes Sense in Rudgwick
Sitting on the county border means Rudgwick isn't really in anyone's catchment. Booking a treatment usually means a drive one way or the other, and after a session the drive home undoes half the good of it. A home visit closes that gap. You don't travel anywhere, and you don't finish a treatment only to face the lanes with your mind half asleep. When we're done, you stay exactly where you are. Put the kettle on and let the quiet last a bit longer.
Home treatments feel different, too. You relax faster in your own sitting room than you would in an unfamiliar clinic, so more of the hour goes on the treatment itself and less on settling in. I carry everything with me, including a reclining chair and towels, and I'm fully qualified, fully insured and a member of the Association of Reflexologists. Loxwood Too
Loxwood is a few miles south-west, on the Wey and Arun Canal, with the Onslow Arms, the Sir Roger Tichborne and a proper village feel (it did once declare itself independent, after all). There's a GP surgery and a post office, but nowhere to go for a treatment like this.
