Reflexology at Home in Copthorne
Copthorne sits in Mid Sussex, on the Surrey border just east of Crawley and Gatwick, with the A264 running along Copthorne Common Road. At the centre is St John the Evangelist, whose lych gate was put up in 1897 and now serves as the village war memorial.
Copthorne shares Worth parish with Crawley Down, a little further east, and I visit both. Crawley Down has All Saints Church and King George's Field, and the Worth Way, a path along an old railway line, runs close by.
What I Offer
There are three sessions to choose from, and I bring the reclining chair, couch roll, towels and blankets with me, so all you need is a corner of the living room.
Full Reflexology (60 minutes, £45): A proper hour on the feet, taken slowly. It's the one I'd suggest if you simply want to switch off.
Express Reflexology (30 minutes, £30): A shorter visit that suits a first try, or a day when an hour isn't there to be found.
Couples Reflexology (£80, 60 minutes each): Two of you, one after the other, on the same visit. Partners book it, and so do friends and family.
If you'd like to make it a regular thing, a Course of 3 is £120 and a Course of 5 is £190. Gift vouchers start from £30. Everything is laid out on the services page.
Home Visits Between Crawley and the High Weald
This side of Crawley is busy. Between the airport, the M23 and the A264, it's easy to spend half your life in the car. Booking reflexology shouldn't add to that. I come to you, set up in a corner of your living room, and when we've finished you can stay exactly where you are. Up the hill at Turners Hill, where the B2110 and B2028 cross near the village green, it's the same: no driving, no parking, just an hour that's yours.
What Reflexology Is (and Isn't)
Reflexology is a gentle, hands-on way to relax. Lots of people book simply to switch off and unwind. It's a complementary therapy rather than a medical one: it doesn't treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and if something is worrying you, your GP is the right first port of call. I'm fully qualified with a Diploma in Reflexology, a member of the Association of Reflexologists, fully insured and DBS checked. If you'd like to know what happens on the day, I've written about your first session.
