Two Full Treatments, One Visit
A couples session is two full 60-minute reflexology treatments in the same visit, one after the other. I set up once in your living room, treat the first person, then the second. Whoever is waiting can read, make the tea or simply doze on the other sofa. It costs £80 for both of you, which works out cheaper than two separate full sessions at £45 each.
It isn't a side-by-side spa treatment. You each get my full attention for your own hour, which is how reflexology works best.
Who Books It
Partners who want an evening in that's a bit more restful than the usual. Mothers and daughters, often as a birthday or Mothering Sunday treat. Friends who fancy a proper catch-up with a relaxing hour thrown in. And adult children booking for an older parent, sometimes joining in themselves.

How It Works
Each of you has a short consultation first, so I know about any health conditions and how you're feeling. Then I work through the reflex points on both feet for the full hour, adjusting the pressure to suit you. The whole visit takes a little over two hours. All you need is somewhere comfortable to sit back, a sofa or a reclining chair is perfect, and I bring everything else.
